In 1932, a few years after the end of the First World War, Lidia, who in the meantime had married the owner of this building, transformed the building into the "Bellavista" hotel.
The "lady of the house", thanks to her knowledge of foreign languages, maintains relationships with countless foreign travelers and wordly personalities, including the poet-soldier Gabriele D'Annunzio who stays incognito in the structure several times during the architect's visits Giancarlo Maroni, designer of the Vittoriale in Gardone sul Garda.
The "BellaVista" hotel is also very popular with Ledro residents due to the frequent dancing parties and card games and bowls. Mrs. Lidia (Liduina for everyone) managed the hotel business until the 60s.
